This sits at the beginning/front of the ancient site and is very impressive. It's just quite a sight to see. beth ann k的完整评论
I am looking for the name of the pottery/souvenier shop across from Marino's restaurant in Ancient Corinth. The owner is an older gentleman who paints his own Greek pottery and his son's name is Yiannis. He also sells jewelry. To go into his shop you must climb 3 little steps or so and the Lecheaion Road is right outside his door practically. The exit of the Museum is also right next to his shop. I bought some jewelry from him (Jim-father) and he gave me his business card which I can't find now for the life of me. I just need the name of his store and street address. Can you help me?

I know Ancient Corinth well, I live near to it. While I do not know the names you gave, when in Ancient Corinth, if you walk to the top near to the entrance to the ancient site, on the right is a lovely store. The man paints all his work there, and his son, Stephen helps him. You will be very happy and surprised with his work, Do check it out. I was there a few days ago.
Is there an entry cost? Time of opening and closing? Is it open all week? Is there an information area nearby?

Yes, there is an entrance fee. Unless you belong to a special group (educator, a museum employee/affiliate) with a valid ID, you have to buy a ticket to get in, and prices vary according to age, status etc., and probably the time of the year. The same goes for the hours of operation; during the tourist season i think they are open all day; the day i went there it was closed between 3-5pm, but am not sure about summer time hours. There is an information kiosk and the locals are more than glad to help you. Make sure you visit the Acrocorinth near by -great views and a great place for hiking/walking/meditation; you will need more than an hour to walk the whole fortress, so make sure you have plenty of water and proper sunscreen. Juice it up and enjoy! Cheers!
