It is a different kind of memorial than the Vietnam Wall and others which are mostly names. I see it's been a year since you posted this so perhaps by now you have found some other ways to give your brother the honor he deserves. The museum at the site was closed when I visited so I don't know if they could include a tribute to Herb inside or not.
