Hi i am looking for a jungle trekking tour but i want to make sure the tour is ecofriendly and in favor of preserving the natural habitat and life style of the animals. for instance i am against guides feeding the orang oetans just for the enjoyment of the tour.. is this tour eco and animal friendly or not?

Hi! My experience with this jungletrip was that the guides were not interrupting the life of the oranges. They brought food in they're backpacks, bananas an some nuts. And they made some sounds to attract the oranges. When we saw a orang, we got to give it some nuts or a banana. Also- they are feeding them- but just a little. I think the trip was eco and animal friendly. It was not like the oranges came to us because of the food, we had to search for them- and some were very shy. The guides also talked about the oranges with respect, and told us how to behave In the presence of them. I hope my answer can help you, and answered your questions.
