yes, it touches on the highlights and you learn a bit more than you would taking the time to read, ie...where Washington's house was during the presidency, facts about Betsy Ross, the murals in the building across from Independence Hall, time was not taken to go in these places, however, the walk with the info was very helpful and on a good day it is pleasurable. our group was small and meeting people from other states as well as other countries makes it that much better. highly recommend, small cost for what you learn

Do you recommend this tour in january? My familiy will be staying in Philadelphia for two days and would like to get an "overall" tour of Philadelphia but I've been warned that it gets really cold and that walking is not the best choice
