It is on the north side of Dublin near city center on N Great George Lane. It is open Monday to Friday from 1100 to 1600 last I was there. It has a couple of Joyce themed exhibits and a gift shop though the most unique part would be that they have 7 Eccles Street's original door out back.

The house itself would be very difficult for a wheelchair user. Access even to the groundfloor (not much to see there) is up a flight of stairs. To the main exhibits would require climbing stairs. As for the self-guided walking tours following the plaques, it covers a significant distance across some main roads and up and down slopes. As far as we know, there is no assistance - but maybe ask via the contacts on the James Joyce Centre website.
