Yes, as you are heading north on highway 61 about a mile before Split Rock there is a turn off that provides a great spot to park your car and a perfect view of the lighthouse on the rocky site. I have taken beautiful pictures from this outlook spot by zooming in on the lighthouse. Good luck.

You can drive down to the beach and park in a lot. It is a short walk to the shoreline with a good view of the lighthouse from water level. The shore is loose gravel and rock.
