Hi, animal encounters can only be booked on the day. I believe it’s a first come, first served basis. The animal talks and shows run every half an hour or so, you can collect a map on your way in which shows all the times on there. If you want to see the seal show I suggest lining up half an hour before the show so you don’t miss out as there’s limited seating.

Yeah seemed well organised with SD employed and the full amount of shows on.... be sure to get to the line up maybe 30 mins plus prior as the queues grow real quick. Everything …
