Do you get a Gala dinner? Is it in a nice restaurant? Is it really in the basement of a pub? Do you get an audience in reasonable numbers? Do you get refreshments? Do you cater for older people or disabled? Do you really think the customer gets their money's worth? Are your staff condescending and rude? Are you rushed through the process like cattle? Biggest question...Do you fob people off with platitudes?

All well worth it from my point of view. We did get water at all rehearsals; they made accommodations for anyone disabled. We sang to a sold out house! An experience beyond explanation. Considering flights, hotel, the experience of 10 hours of practice with Jonathan Griffith, I'd say we got our money's worth. The Gala dinner was a little crowded but the food and libation never ran out and we had a great time with the musicians from our group as well as others who sang with us. The staff at DCINY could not have been more helpful at every step of the process. Malcolm Moon (the Box office and marketing rep) was more than helpful in getting my son's seats transferred to the VIP section so my family could be together. It would be a far trip from the UK but from S.C., I'd do it again!!
