Evans made her Southern Charm debut during season 10, episode 2, while on a FaceTime call with Rose. The following episode, Evans showed up in person to attend a dog party in Charleston where she was introduced to his ex Taylor Ann Green. (Green and Rose called it quits in July 2022 after two years of dating.)

Shep Rose admits his romance with Sienna Evans didn’t play out as he expected. But the Southern Charm-er doesn’t regret fighting for the relationship. He made his feelings quite clear in the latest episode of the Southern Charm After Show,
