Together, Wald and Spivak will take over the role previously held by Keith Le Goy, who was promoted to Sony Pictures Television chairman in January. In their new positions, they will continue to report to Le Goy.

They’ll report to SPT chairman Keith Le Goy, who headed distribution before moving into the top job in January.
