This tool is not a replacement for the original quick launch toolbar feature because it doesn’t let you create multiple custom toolbars and it may not show all the items from the Programs folder.

Right-click (or Control+click) the toolbar at the top of a Finder window and select “Customize Toolbar…” to see a full list of functions and dividers that you can drag and drop into the toolbar.
