南海网2月4日消息（记者王燕珍）为适应当前城市交通发展的需要，缓解海口市重要进出城节点交通拥堵，降低交通事故安全隐患，2月4日起，海口市公安局交通警察支队对S81海口市政路段实施交通组织优化措施。
