Want to try using parchment paper in your baking but don't want to invest in a roll or a double roll from a big box store?

I prefer the rolls of parchment to the pre-cut ... because it’s paper, it's prone to tearing. (A good silicone mat will almost never tear.) The same goes for a batch of syrupy granola.
