Microsoft is investigating an issue with its Microsoft 365 service and its Teams app, with some users reporting to DownDetector that they are having problems using services such as Exchange and Outlook.

Microsoft 365 is a subscription-based app that bundles services like Word, Outlook and Excel. It also provides cloud-based storage. Microsoft Teams is used by workplaces for video calls and online chat. Microsoft says it’s working to rectify the issue. No word when it will be fixed.

Users began reporting issues with Microsoft platforms around 8 a.m. Monday, according to Down Detector. By 11:24 a.m., reports had peaked at 4,600. About 86% of issues reported on the outage detection site Monday were related to Outlook.

Microsoft 365 officials are working to restore service to thousands of Outlook email users and have begun manually restarting machines.
