This memory stick will not work on a Dell laptop because the XMP profile is ... but it seems ridiculous that Kingston wont change their XMP profile or Dell wont fix their BIOS.

Has given my computer a much-needed multitasking boost in professional creative applications, without sacrificing gaming performance. Makes work a bit easier for me.
