Dr. Robert (Bob) Dale Riggs passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, Oct. 21, 2024. He was born in Pocahontas, Ark. on June 15, 1932 to Rosa MacDowell (Mack) Riggs and Grace Million Riggs.
