An iPhone Fold is coming. However, it's shape is unclear. Recent leaks support the idea that Apple is readying a Galaxy Z Fold-like device.

Apple's expected to launch an iPhone Fold of sorts, and a leaker has revealed more details about the foldable.

The long-rumored flexible iPhone has taken on many shapes in the snippets of information that have emerged over the last couple of years. From a foldable iPad to a flip phone shape similar to Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip line. But the latest leak, from Digital Chat Station (via Android Authority ), suggests that Apple is working on a book-shaped device.

The purported size of the foldable iPhone's displays leaked. They might seem puzzling at first, but they make complete sense.

However, while others have already launched several generations of foldable phones, Apple has yet to enter the segment. There has been speculation for some time about the iPhone Fold (tentative name).

The latest leak – via renowned tech insider, Digital Chat Station – suggests that the iPhone Fold will take on an unusual form. Measuring just under 5.5-inches on the outer screen and 7.74-inches on the inner display, the form factor looks set to be a lot different to other major players in the space.

The first iPhone Fold could also have one of the smallest inner displays available. At 7.74 inches, it would be smaller than the 8-inch screen found on the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, for example.
