你可以慢一点老且更长寿。基因医师张家铭表示,最新研究发现,每天吃鱼油的长者,3年后的身体年龄,可较不吃鱼油同侪年轻3个月,若是吃鱼油+维生素D+运动,前衰弱症(容易跌跤)少了39%,癌症少了61%,建议趁年轻起就保有上述3个习惯,几年后就会发现身体会记得做过这些有益健康的事。
