Police documents say that a man who hit a woman with an Amazon work van and left the scene questioned the victim on how she “managed to get hit.”

Disturbing security camera footage showed the horrific moment a 29-year-old woman was run over by an Amazon delivery van before the driver took off and left her motionless in the street. The Amazon worker is accused of hitting the woman on Tuesday just before 9:30 p.m. in a suburb of Baltimore, Md.

A woman run over by an Amazon van Tuesday has nine broken ribs, among other injuries. The alleged driver, 26-year-old Jerome Young, Jr., is being held without bond, officials said.
