In the dog days of summer, there’s nowhere a dog—or person—would rather be than in front of the air conditioner, enjoying a pleasant breeze instead of the sweltering heat outside.

Awful customer service department! Purchased a portable room air conditioner in May 2024 from Home Depot. Third time I used it, the cooling function cycles on & mostly off. Contacted Cust Svc on 6/21.
