MOSCOW, May 30. /TASS/. Russia’s space agency Roscosmos says it has found out why a Proton-M rocket, launched on May 16, failed to put in space Mexico’s communication Satellite MexSat-1.

The company has announced an intent to contract with International Launch Services, which manages the commercial flights of the Russian Proton rocket. Two drones will be lofted together.
