Zomato's shares fell nearly 2.6% after a Rs 803 crore GST demand notice. The company plans to appeal the order, asserting a strong case. This follows recent scrutiny of Zomato's environmental claims and a Q2 profit report showing 389% growth,

Zomato shares have rallied 138 per cent in the past one year. The stock, however, has seen some selling of late amid concerns over the entry of Amazon in the quick commerce space.
