A Seattle-based sushi chain has landed itself in hot water following an eyebrow-raising visit from popular TikTok food reviewer Keith Lee that left his fans questioning the chain’s food safety measures.

TikTok food reviewer Keith Lee ventured to a sushi bar in Seattle — and what took place was something that wasn’t on the menu. During a recent food tour of the city, Lee visited FOB Sushi Bar, which he described as “one of the most recommended places” to try.

Chickens from the top five most recommended places, including Toshio’s Teriyaki, Rainier Teriyaki, Nikko Teriyaki, Toshi’s Teriyaki in Bellevue, and Ichi Bento. Spoiler alert: Ichi Bento and Toshi’s tied, but Ichi would have won if they had rinsed the rice so it was less starchy, per Lee.
