PINE BELT, Miss. (WDAM) - The ranks of Mississippi High School Activities Association football teams have been thinned as the stakes have been raised. The Pine Belt area boasts five teams left alive in the MHSAA playoffs. Friday, those teams will be competing for a South State championship.
