日本白菜价格正在飙升。东京都中央批发市场截至2月22日的批发价为每公斤209日元（约合人民币10元），是往年（过去5年平均）的3.4倍。受卷心菜等蔬菜价格飙升和短缺的影响，部分需求转移到了原本被认为供应相对充足的白菜上。由于白菜的收获提前，目前白菜也出现了明显的短缺。
