范文学，男，汉族，内蒙古林西县人，1963年3月出生。有一次，范文学在清运垃圾途中拾到一个皮包，拉开一看，里面有厚厚的一捆百元现金。2005年“五.一”期间，该敬老院重新装修，范文学主动利用业余时间，带领10多名工友们，清理装修垃圾，清运垃圾60余车。
