Led by Earl Timberlake's 17 points, the Bryant Bulldogs defeated the UMass-Lowell River Hawks 79-78 on Thursday night. The Bulldogs moved to 18-11 with the win and the River Hawks dropped to 16-13.

Led by Byron Joshua's 22 points, the Albany Great Danes defeated the UMBC Retrievers 78-74 on Thursday night. The Great Danes are now 15-14 with the win and the Retrievers dropped to 13-17.
