11月22日消息，在距离地球16万光年之外，一颗质量约为太阳2000倍的恒星正步入生命的尾声。近日，欧洲南方天文台（ESO）的甚大望远镜干涉仪（VLTI）拍摄到这颗恒星的详细图像，前所未有地近距离展示了其活动和周边结构的复杂细节。
