It was gutted and renovated in 2007... they pulled out all the old plumbing at the time, didn't get permits, and left me with this mess. Whenever a faucet is turned on (hot or cold) or a toiler flushed the water pressure pulsates as seen in this video and all the pipes throughout the house pulsate along with the water pressure.
