We're interested in starting to use AAD Premium P1 for some advanced Multi-Factor Authentication features, but I don't understand how the pricing works. I have an option to subscribe to Enterprise Mobility + Security E3 for $2.50 per user per month, which is a great deal, and it includes the first 50 users free, which is even better.

AAD P1 is focused on account and application management. The win7 machines will still be domain joined and will still get GPOs like they always have.

Azure AD Premium P2 license is assigned on per user basis. If only 100 users wants to use the premium features, license needs to be assigned to only those 100 users and not to all 200 users. 2021年8月4日 · As Vasil said, you can add Azure AD P1 on top of any Microsoft 365 plan, but what you have to consider is that maybe go to a higher plan is going to be a better option. In your scenario, at least I would recommend to consider to upgrade Business Standard users to Business Premium
