Not a duplicate, but related: Suppress TeXworks PDF preview. If you use those instructions and manually open the PDF in Sumatra, it'll reload the updated PDF whenever it changes. Also, Adobe Reader is more of a pain to integrate with, since it locks the PDF from being modified while it's open, unlike Sumatra. –

The Problem is, mentioned in the questions comment, that SumatraPDF is linked to the Latex-Compiler through synctex and doesnt know, which created the resulting PDF. You can use the inverse-search command through the a commandlineswitch of SumatraPDF: -inverse-search .

Sumatra reader got this right (what a surprise! It is one of the smallest pdf reader out there) View > Settings > Replace document colors with Windows color scheme worked for me while in high-contrast mode in windows. There is also a flag:-invert-colors will invert colors in the PDF (e.g. white would become black and black would become white)
