2021年8月5日 · It is a simple process. Install your dado to the width that you need for your name plate stock. Tilt the dado to the desired angle. I'm guessing an indicated 75°, maybe more. Use your dado throat plate in the saw. (The blade is normally at 90°.) Adjust the height of the blade to about 1/8 more than the thickness of the name plate.

2022年7月30日 · Use a kerfmaker and a table saw for an angled cut, or use an angle base for a palm router. As others have suggested, a tilted dado stack on a table saw would be the quickest/easiest way. Another way could be a router with a straight bit, and instead of riding flat on top of the work piece, with one side lifted.

Maybe it will help to draw the full dado section and and then a couple lines on how the angled piece will fit. Hope it makes sense.
