Then Click on it and choose Repair or Modify. If that does not work, Click uninstall, and install the latest driver for Asus Smart Gesture. Hope that works.

Until now, pressing the f6 key (the cycle touchpad between enabled, disabled, and screenpad) showed all three options, but now it is only showing the touchpad is disabled option. Does anyone know if this is a hardware issue, or how to fix this?

It jumped around and acted as if I was tapping on everything the mouse cursor passed over. I seem to have fixed this. 2018年8月3日 · If it cannot install the driver then yours probably has the same issue as mine…you need to remove the keyboard in order to dissconnect and reconnect the ribbon cable that connects the touchpad/mouse assebly to the main board. mine was not attatched properly and ended up completely disconnecting. Its pretty easy and takes about 15 minutes.
