2024年1月10日 · Hi Todd, Figured out where the settings are. If you click Calls, then down the bottom on the left there will be a dropdown box with the name of your audio input device, open that then click Device Settings and you should now see the Devices screen.

Looks like for windows 11, instead of Realtek Audio Manager, we have Realtek Audio Console, which offers very limited features and does not have anything related to troubleshooting. But this time, I was having the exact same issue you've experienced. I made sure all my drivers were updated and even had to uninstall the Realtek audio devices and re-install it, but the sound still didn't come back.

Now here's where it gets interesting. Pic your microphone because it will have picked a mic for you which may not be yours. My mic is a logicam webcam. Now see if people can hear you.

Restarting the PC with mic plugged in. Trying all the different audio formats (sample rate and bit depth) Disabling the front panel jack detection in realtek audio console. Telling the realtek audio console that the microphone is actually a headphones / speaker. Uninstalling the microphone from the device manager.
