Looks like for windows 11, instead of Realtek Audio Manager, we have Realtek Audio Console, which offers very limited features and does not have anything related to troubleshooting. But this time, I was having the exact same issue you've experienced. I made sure all my drivers were updated and even had to uninstall the Realtek audio devices and re-install it, but the sound still didn't come back.

Now here's where it gets interesting. Pic your microphone because it will have picked a mic for you which may not be yours. My mic is a logicam webcam. Now see if people can hear you.
