2021年4月29日 · It’s not a real bank account. It has your name but it’s not “yours”. You have no relationship with BOA because of your edd account. In order to give you money unemployment has to use a bank. It’s just a way to give you money and keep it regulated. After an amount of time edd closes it. Think of it like a gift card vs a debit card.
