2013年8月3日 · I had the same problem with my Bose Soundlink Bluetooth Speaker. I was unable to pair a new iPhone after having owned the speaker for two years. I tried to update the firmware, which didn't work. This was explained in an earlier post by GoKce. In short, since no firmware update was needed, the downloaded Bose software didn't recognize the speaker.

2013年8月3日 · I have contacted with Bose, they said there needs to be an update for the software to detect and perform the task. Since there is no update yet for the mini, the software seems to be stuck and not detecting. I have told them that this is not a convenient way of feedback from software as user may be assuming the software is not working properly.

2022年1月2日 · Probably time for you to contact Bose support and ensure that there is not an undisclosed firmware update that you can apply to get the pairing resolved. My Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones paired with Big Sur 11.6.2 on my M1 mini and would not pair with Monterey 12.1 on a new 16-inch MBP.

2020年7月26日 · The Bose product software is up to date- I've checked twice. Pairing with the Bose speaker was fine until the update right before Ventura 13.4.1. Problem happens whether or not my iphone is also connected to the speaker and/or has bluetooth turned on.
