2022年5月23日 · How about if this gamepad is connected to Windows 10 PC? This gamepad connects fine to my other laptop that is running windows 10. It sets it up as usual installing the driver when it is first plugged in. Is this gamepad working previously on the same PC? This gamepad used to work on this laptop before windows 11 was installed.

I've upgraded to Windows 10 but since then my generic usb gamepad isn't working. The USB port is working properly I can connect other devices but it's only gamepad that isn't working. I've tried many gamepad none are working however the same gamepads are works fine on my friends pc which also have Windows 10. P.S. - My drivers are up to date.

When I'm go into Device manager this Device shows in "Universal Serial Bus controllers" as "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)".
