2017年12月23日 · All my drivers are up to date, the troubleshooter can't find the issue and I have my system notify me when an audio device is plugged in so I can choose headset. When I go to recording devices, the only mic settings there are the one for my laptop that's built in, even tho I have display disabled devices enabled. I can't figure out the problem.

2019年5月23日 · Do the same for the headset device and/or it's microphone. Update the Sound driver from the PC or Device maker's Support downloads web page. While there also check that the Chipset, BIOS, Display, USB, Network and all other drivers are the most current.

2022年6月18日 · The headset is connected to the only headset port on my laptop (Predator Helios 300 - PH317-54, Windows 11), which, next to it, has a symbol of a headset with a microphone clearly visible. The headphones are detected, labeled "Headphones" in this picture (don't worry about the default devices, the sound ends up going to the headphones):

2022年1月4日 · The headphones work with another device. Additionally, the headphones will work with both the mic and sound at the same time every once in a while. The computer is a Dell XPS 8930. EDIT: I noticed something weird. The headphones have 2 separate devices listed under standard MSFT drivers. One is the headphones, and another is a "hands free headset".
