2025年1月16日 · Enchanting hireling mails for characters with 3/3 hireling points now contain only aspect and essence runes, and no potency runes. Characters with 1/3 and 2/3 hireling points are not affected by this bug and will still get potency runes. I'm not sure when this bug first appeared (I rarely pay attention to the actual contents of these mails).

2014年5月3日 · The problem for hireling is at all levels, the chest is sent via MAIL, i should be able to receive mail while being offline aswell, fix that and rank 3 becomes viable for everyone. I don't know if this is a cheap habituation trick they're trying to pull or it's just bad design.
