2010年11月29日 · I'm trying to figure out how much promotional credit I have before I make a purchase (stupid 1-click for digital purchases). I do not want to check my gift card balance. I want to know how much promotional credit I have. For example: As of writing this question, Amazon gives $1 MP3 credit with the purchase of any CD album.

2022年10月26日 · @Nick (Amazon Staff) It's helpful to share the link to the Digital Rewards, but I would like to know where to find it when navigating the Amazon website. On my account, there is even a page for payment types that says, "Rewards & balances" but my Digital Rewards don't show up there. I can only see my Amazon Card rewards.

2024年12月16日 · I recently put in an order for an item on Amazon and selected the delivery date that was an "Amazon day" so I could receive a $3 Amazon digital credit. I would like to know where I could go to check that balance as I have selected this option for multiple purchases and do not know how much money I have in digital credits. Thanks!

2023年2月27日 · The best approach is to use the various feedback pathways like the feedback link in your Amazon Shopping app. To send us feedback from your Amazon shopping app, go to Menu (3 bars in the bottom right corner of the screen) > Customer Service. Scroll down to the option for Something else and tap View All > App suggestions > App Feedback team.

Also check for subscriptions: Go up to the Account & Lists menu at the top of the Amazon site and select Memberships & Subscriptions. If nothing listed there, click each of the subscription icons below (e.g. Channels, Kindle Unlimited, Music, etc.)
