Start->All Programs->Internet Explorer (NOT the one that says Internet Explorer (64-Bit)). Also hovvering your mouse icon over the IE icon - if it says just Internet Explorer its 32-Bit, if it says Internet Explorer (64-Bit) its 64-Bit.
