2017年10月6日 · It gives a "no signal" message. However if I go to the device selection on the TV, it shows as though there is a device connected (i.e. not grayed out like the other ports). I can resolve the problem by simply moving the HDMI cable to a different port on the TV, at which point it recognizes the device, with a signal and all is good.

2018年12月26日 · The signal was measured as we disconnected the cable and plugged it into the meter to measure the signal and it's 6 Db above what's necessary. It's not the signal. It's the TV. Like I was saying, we called LG and they were unhelpful. The TV is only 2 years old and worked fine before they converted from analog to digital.

Never heard of Suddenlink, but they are not in my area at all, no idea what is needed to show the channel info if not using their own cable box. I have unplugged and reset everything, individually and all together, and I have even tried to plug an ethernet cable from my router to a TV and it still says its connected to network but not internet.
