2018年3月7日 · modis battery life Even after having my battery rebuilt i found battery life short when using the scope. i purchased a 12v 9800mah rechargable battery pack from ebay , $30.00 and added the right barrel jack to it that fit my modis. it was small enough to velcro to the back of my modis and what a difference. i still keep my modis battery in my modis when using it.

If I plug the unit in the cigarette lighter or the wall outlet, the screen will come on, the MODIS Logo, the menu and sub-menus. But, It WON'T come on when it is connected to the OBD Port of a car. 2011年3月20日 · The Modis will work fine without the battery in it as long as power is provided through the power port or DLC connector. If it doesn't power up with the battery removed, then it's probably going in for repair.

I just can't endorse it the way I want too. 2013年11月2日 · First way, he disassembled the Modis to the point that he could disconnect the connector for the back light tube at the mother board [Pink & White wires] at connector marked CCFL on the mother board. AND he unplugged the flat white ribbon cable from the original display where it connects to the back side of the mother board.

Opps all of my Modis are updated to 8.2 and three about to get 8.4. My down town store calls me they can't communicate with a 03 liberty. So I go down there.
