A Toy Foxy would be male and probably red as all characters stay consistent in design and detail from variant to variant, yet Mangle and "Toy Foxy" are a strange exception. In FNAF WORLD Funtime Foxy is just a restored Mangle. I would just call restored Mangle, Toy Funtime Foxy as that makes the most sense for him personally.
