Walmart.com reports zero balance on OTC NETWORK CARDS
2022年12月1日 · I first noticed this issue at the end of October, 2022 after having used my OTC NETWORK card there for about 6 weeks successfully. (And, by OTC, I mean "over the counter" card, not pharmacy cards.) I've been calling Walmart for the past month and no one knows why "zero balance" shows up on a fully loaded OTC NETWORK card.

2014年6月3日 · All the answers I have seen pertaining to the question of how to get an otc card are pretty much useless, and don't give any direct answer. Google it, apply online. Those are not answers. What I have managed to find out so far is that this is tied to either Medicare or Medicaid. Furthermore, you have to have the correct plan to be eligible.

2023年1月1日 · Yesterday in the mail we received an otc card that through our priority health insurance. Today I enter the card into out Walmart account and it shows zero balance, but there should be a balance of $60. The letter says the card is activated. Any ideas?

The customer said she had almost $300 available (they even called the UHC # in front of me and she was correct). We tried it on another register, again rejected.

2021年6月20日 · OTC Network has a phone app where customers can scan the item barcode to see if it's covered. They also have a physical booklet. So customers should be able to check for themselves before they come up to the register. I mean, they won't, but they have the ability.
