Pf18-3 could promote cell aggregation but block up to 57.5% of thymocyte proliferation induced by immobilized anti-CD3 McAb. The results of the experiments suggest that LFA-1/ICAM-1 plays a role in Pf18-3 induced aggregation of fresh thymocytes by inhibiting cell proliferation.

试验发现大鼠抗小鼠胸腺基质细胞单抗Pf18－3与新鲜胸腺细胞共序可诱发明显的细胞粘附聚集发生。 细胞聚集约出现于共享10小时，约24小时细胞聚集达高峰，聚集率为68％。
