NPA is an organization that promotes the game of pinochle and creates opportunities for friendship, goodwill, and social development. NPA has 6 (six) sanctioned tournaments throughout the year. A sanctioned tournament is hosted by a NPA chapter or the NPA itself and only current NPA members can participate in these tournaments.
Sanctioned tournaments can be a rewarding experience for the attendees and the host chapter if it is organized in a manner to cause less stress to those having to carry out the different responsibilities. The purpose of this manual is to provide suggested procedures and guidelines to avoid some of the stress caused by not being prepared.

A sanctioned tournament is hosted by a NPA chapter or the NPA itself and only current NPA members can participate in these tournaments. NPA chapters also have the ability to host a non-sanctioned tournament, which is a tournament that allows pinochle players, regardless of NPA membership status.

To play you must be a registered member of SAFE HARBOR and of Good Times Pinochle League. Registration and tournament play are FREE. All of our tournaments are 2x2 Single Elimination (team play).
