2024年10月26日 · Had this issue. Found the fix was creating an exception in website in the privacy > Tracking prevention settings of Edge. [just added office.com] I am logged into the PC with a separate work account and was testing a new user in office.com, and was getting the "censored" blurry screen also.

2016年1月2日 · Maybe I am oversimplifying the question, but if you are logged into the Office 365 Portal, click on the GEAR icon in the upper right hand side of the screen. This will take you to the account settings page. Click on Subscriptions and make sure that Visio is shown there (this is the O365 Subscription that is assigned and NOT a standalone).
