She is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian and Nutritionist (RDN) who has specialized in child obesity for the pass 20 years. She is the founder of N.R.B (Nutrition RoadBlocks) which helps people of all ages, including pregnancy weight management, adults with chronic conditions, such as diabetes and heart disease.

Sarah Krieger, MPH, RDN, CH is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Hypnotist. She is a consultant for a variety of nutrition and weight management venues. Sarah reviews recipes for corporate, private and facility venues and is a personal chef to medically-fragile clients.

Sara is a New York City based voice over and vocal talent who began her career as a singer. In addition to her extensive work as a soloist, she was one of the original members of the award winning vocal jazz group New York Voices, with whom she recorded several albums and toured the US, Europe and Japan.
