T-Mobile denied $200/$500 Apple retail promo. Runaround
T-Mobile denied my $200/$500 after all the steps were done correctly. I called rebate team, which checked all good on their end and transferred me to T-Mobile customer care. Over there they checked all good and transferred me to Apple, said good day and hung up. Apple employee has no idea why they transferred to him.

2023年10月28日 · The T-Mobile rep gave me two options: 1) Take a $75 credit, not the full $150, on my T-Mobile line; or 2) Go to Costco and see what they'll do for me because it supposedly wasn't a T-Mobile promotion, it's a Costco promotion. Nice customer service, T-Mobile. Oh, and I'm still waiting to get my $250 visa gift card, too. I HATE the rebate process.

Also the $250 Costco rebate card can only be used at T-Mobile or Costco, I didn't notice but that started a month ago. And now it's a Visa because you can't use Mastercard at Costco:

When the Note 8 was BoGo we got 4 and unloaded the rebates as cash, then paid on the EIPs since T-Mobile kept rejecting their own cards... There’s also the Cash App powered by Square. You can pull the funds then unload them to your debit card for your bank. I think there’s like a 1-2% transaction fee or something though.
